• Most orders ship in 24 hours (in stock, non embroidery items) excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow normal UPS or USPS delivery time.
• Shipping and handling charges are determined by the merchandise dollar amount, excluding gift certificates and embroidery.
• For those customers located in Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories please add $6.95 to your shipping & handling charges listed above.
• All P.O. Box and APO/FPO address will be shipped via the United States Postal Service.
• Please allow approximately 3 business days for embroidery orders.
• Free Ground Shipping on all U.S. orders over $500*.

• Applicable state and local sales tax is collected on all orders being delivered to the states of Florida and Georgia.

• Express delivery is available on in stock, non-embroidered items ordered before 4PM EST Monday-Friday (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Unfortunately, express delivery is not available if you are paying by check, or for delivery to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address, Canadian Provinces, or International destinations.
• Express delivery is only available for in stock items. All backordered items will be shipped best way ground.
• Please allow approximately 3 business days for embroidery orders.
